In order to comply with the Duty of Care regulations you must ensure that your waste is transported by a Registered Waste Carrier. A copy of McQuillan Envirocare and McQuillan Skip Hire’s Registered Waste Carrier Certificates are available by accessing the customer security pass coded area.

In addition you must ensure that the transfer station or disposal facility where your waste is transported to, is licensed to accept the quantity and type of materials sent to it. A copy of McQuillan Envirocare’s hazardous waste transfer station licence and licences for any final disposal facility used by the company, are available upon request.
