McQuillan Envirocare Represented at Major Waste Conference

The Chartered Institute of Wastes Management Northern Ireland Centre, held its 5th major conference and exhibition in the City Hotel, Armagh on the 6th and 7th April 2005.

Darran Cairns, McQuillan Envirocare, Site Chemist delivered a paper at this event, advising delegates of recent and forthcoming changes to hazardous waste legislation throughout the UK. In particular, his speech focused on how these regulations will have an impact on the market in Northern Ireland, requiring waste producers to carry out more in-depth analyses of their waste and take greater steps to ensure that their waste is correctly categorised.
